Old is a chemical treatment specially designed to age in a fast and effective manner all kinds of marbles and natural stones susceptible to chemical attack by acids, such as: limestone, sandstone, shale, etc. Once applied, OLD chemically modifies the surface so that the treated stone remains with a surface roughness identical to that caused by the passage of time and meteorological agents on materials exposed to the weather. Due to its optimal formulation, high quality and high effectiveness, OLD also generates an anti-slip effect on the applied stones. This causes the treated coating to lose surface gloss and to acquire roughness, increasing the surface slipperiness coefficient. Based on its excellent properties and excellent results obtained on a large number of surfaces, they make OLD a very useful treatment for stairs, ramps and any access with this type of pavement that poses a slipping problem or that you want to give it a decorative aged appearance with permanent durability. Treatment with OLD is irreversible, so the surface can only be restored to its original state by polishing.
Application Areas
Old can be used on all kinds of marble surfaces or limestone derivatives where you want to give an aging look or a anti-slip finish. In addition, OLD can be used in restoration work to match areas where new pieces have been placed next to old pieces.
Mode of Application
Depending on the degree of attack required, it can be used undiluted or diluted. Before applying OLD, it is recommended to perform a preliminary test to adjust the required attack rate by modifying the dilution or attack time.
The following steps are recommended to apply OLD:

Initially, surfaces adjacent to the part must be protected to prevent possible splash damage, mainly if they are metallic.

Then apply a small amount of OLD using a brush, roller or spray.

Then, leave on for 5 – 15 minutes, depending on the degree of attack required, (which depends on the type of material).

Finally, wash with plenty of water and let dry.

Fang is a solvent-based stain protector and colour reviver for floors and clay coatings, such as: burnt clay, terracotta or Catalan stoneware, among others, designed so that treated surfaces do not absorb water, oils and other liquids by capillarity. In this way, the treatment of these with Fang gives them a complete protection against humidity and oily spots, while increasing and restoring their original tone. Fang does not use resins to achieve this effect, so the treated surfaces maintain their natural transpiration and maintain their original texture. It does not add shine, keeping the original anti-slip features intact. Also, since it does not contain resins in its composition, it does not crack, becomes yellowish or physically deteriorates with the passage of time, being especially durable against UV radiation. Fang also has a low viscosity, which together with its 100% solvent composition, allows a high degree of penetration and protection in both low and high absorption substrates, whether in vertical or horizontal applications. Due to the water repellent and oleophobic properties, Fang delays, on the one hand, the appearance of problems caused by water, such as: efflorescence, moulds or verdigris and, on the other hand, facilitates the cleaning of all kinds of vegetable oils and grease stains.
Application Areas
Fang is suitable for use in any clay, terracotta, rustic stoneware, cladding tile, ceramic flooring and, in general, absorbent clay surfaces, both vertical and horizontal.
Mode of Application
FANG is a ready to use product, so it does not need to be diluted before applying. Before applying Fang, make sure that the surface to be treated is completely clean of dust, efflorescence, mould, greases… etc. The surface must also be completely dry and with a residual humidity of less than 5%. If the surface appears whitish due to the presence of saline efflorescence, we recommend to clean it before with Limfa F. If it has been previously waxed, all wax must be removed using Neogras 14.
After cleaning the surface:

Apply the product with a brush, short hair roller or dry cloth and spread evenly across the entire surface.

Then let the product dry, re-applying a new coating after 30-60 minutes if necessary. The surface will be completely dry and protected after 6 hours. On low absorption surfaces, it may be necessary to remove excess product by wiping with a clean, dry cloth.

Mode of Application
Before applying Hidrosol Aquo Plus, it must be checked that the surface is fully hardened and set in case of new constructions, totally dry, free of dust, dirt, oils, efflorescence and a temperature between 5 and 35 °C It can be applied with an airless sprayer, brush or roller, applying two layers of product using the “wet on wet” methodology. To do this, apply the second layer of product while the first layer is still humid. Hidrosol Aquo Plus is not suitable for horizontal surfaces, nor for being coated with cement or lime based paints.

Hidrosol mg is a water-repellent product, based on siloxanes and polysiloxanes in a solvent base, specifically created to protect all types of absorbent surfaces against problems caused by water, such as humidity, salt efflorescence, moulds and verdigris growth or the appearance of frost cracks, among others. In addition, Hidrosol MG positively contributes to reduce the heat transmission coefficient of the treated wall, improving its thermal insulation capabilities. Its well thought out resin-free composition provides a completely colourless and non-gloss water barrier, keeping the surface breathability intact. Once the product has been absorbed by the surface, Hidrosol MG enhances its natural tone, giving it a moist appearance. This gives the surfaces a completely rejuvenated appearance with more vivid colours. Hidrosol MG is suitable for all types of materials and absorbent surfaces, both vertical and horizontal with a slight slope (>3%), which together with its optimal resistance to abrasion and UV rays, has excellent durability. In addition, since it does not contain any resins in its composition, it does not yellow, crack or peel over time and is 100% trafficable.

Hidrosol mg is the ideal product to use when it is necessary to protect low porosity surfaces against the action of water and give them a wet appearance simultaneously. For example: polished marble and granite surfaces, slate, unglazed ceramic surfaces…etc.

This can be done by using: short hair roller, brush or low pressure spray. Then, let the product be absorbed by the treated stone for 30 minutes. If after that time Hydrosol MG has not completely penetrated, remove the excess with the help of a cloth / absorbent material. Finally, let the treatment dry completely. After 24 hours the product is 100% effective. It is recommended to protect against condensation or rain within the first 24 hours of application.

Hidrosol Stone Plus Black is a solvent based water repellent based on siloxanes and polysiloxanes specifically designed to be applied on black marble and granite surfaces.
Hidrosol Stone Plus Black has a dual mode of action:

It provides hydrophobic properties to the surfaces where it is applied. In this manner, the treated stone does not absorb water, reducing the problems caused by the same such as: appearance of white spots, saline efflorescence, loss of gloss, oxidation… etc. This mode of action is obtained thanks to its silicon-based compounds, high hydrophobic capacity and excellent resistance to wear and light.

It intensifies and restores the original black colour of the stone, giving it a high durability deep black hue that conceals small imperfections or streaks in granites and marbles bringing back their original appearance. Its extremely fine pigments penetrate the stone and improve the visual characteristics of the surface thanks to their high opacity.

Hidrosol Stone Plus Black does not use resins or polymers in its composition, so it acts without altering the surface gloss. This fact makes it especially useful on surfaces with honed or flamed finishes.

Allow it to work for a few minutes, rubbing if necessary with a bristle brush.

Rinse abundantly with water, preferably with pressurised water to finish.

Neolatex Elastic is a liquid additive based on a careful selection of last generation modified acrylic resins, developed to be added to mortars and mastics during the mixing phase, generating materials with high flexibility and a low tendency to crack formation. Also, the addition of Neolatex Elastic improves the following properties:

Adherence: Neolatex Elastic gives the mortar/putty a better "gripping" capacity on the surface.

Workability: Mortars and mastics with Neolatex Elastic additive are easier to spread and smooth, avoiding the operator fatigue.

Waterproofing: The addition of Neolatex Elastic in the recommended proportions allows to obtain mortars totally waterproof, resisting even standing water and tiling.

Resistance to wear and cracking: Since Neolatex Elastic provides a high degree of flexibility to the mortar, it reduces its cracking during setting. In addition, its resistance to abrasion is strongly increased, resulting in more durable materials.

Carbonation resistance: Neolatex Elastic generates an internal network that prevents the mobility of the salts contained in the mortar. This dramatically reduces the occurrence of saline efflorescence. This keeps the material clean and consolidated for longer.

Colour durability: In pigmented mortars, the addition of Neolatex Elastic maintains the colour of the material virtually unchanged.

Neolatex Elastic can be used in all types of mortars and mastics where increased durability and waterproofing properties are desired. For example, in the manufacture of: showers and baths bases, vertical surfaces with cracking tendency, waterproofing of lift shafts, generation of regularising and waterproofing layers of water tanks, pools or terraces, etc.
Mode of Application
Neolatex Elastic is to be used in the mixing stage of the mortar or mastic, replacing part of the mixing water with Neolatex Elastic. For this:

Add the mixing liquid to the concrete mixer or mixing container. As a mixing liquid, use a water mixture of: Neolatex elastic equal to 1:1 or 2:1. Dilutions above 3:1 (Water: Neolatex Elastic) are not recommended.

Add the mortar / mastic and mix according to the mortar / mastic instructions.

Apply the mortar following the desired procedure. (For fully flexible layers it is recommended not to exceed 2 mm thickness).

The high quality of the polymers used in its formulation, together with the solvents used and their low viscosity, allows Sellacril Impreso to have a high penetration capacity on the pavement. In this way, the product enters the pavement pores, chemically anchoring itself to the aggregates and cementitious components, reinforcing its internal structure and compacting the material. Sellacril Impreso is suitable for both indoor and outdoor application on moderate to high absorption capacity surfaces, whether vertical or horizontal.

Sellacril Impreso is a ready to use product, so it does not need to be diluted before applying. Before applying Sellacril Impreso, make sure that the surface is clean, dry, free of greases, oils, crumbly particles, etc. and, in short, free of any contaminants that may reduce the adhesion capacity of the product. Also, the surface must have a residual humidity of less than 4%. Then, apply Sellacril Impreso using a brush, a roller or an airless sprayer, ensuring the generation of a uniform layer and a correct overlap between panels. It is not recommended to apply layers with a thickness greater than 150 um wet. Finally, let the product dry. (For indoors, it is recommended to maintain the maximum possible ventilation, to facilitate drying.)

Neocem NQ has excellent resistance to moisture and alkalis, maintaining its adhesive properties throughout its service life and, unlike other primers, retains a good degree of adherence and elasticity over time. These characteristics allow Neocem NQ to have an excellent open working time: from 15 minutes to several days*, optimizing operations on site and reducing the time required for the same. Neocem NQ is not flammable or hazardous to the environment or the operator, for which its use is completely safe and validated by the OSH departments. It is also water vapour breathable, it is suitable for application with residual moisture in the surface (< 7%) and from 0 oC.. Thanks to these properties, Neocem NQ can be used on surfaces such as: mortar, plaster, brick, fibre cement, wood or natural stone, among others, and in all kinds of works: partition walls with columns, bonding of new mortar with old mortar, mortar screeds, tiled, etc.

Mode of Application
Neocem NQ is a ready to use product, so it must be applied as it is supplied. It should not be diluted under any circumstances, since its adhesive characteristics will be diminished. In addition, Neocem NQ should be applied on cohesive surfaces, with low residual humidity (<4% preferably), completely set and completely clean of dirt such as: dust, rust, efflorescence, stripping substances and, in short, free of any substance that hinders or nullifies the adhesion of the acrylic resins. Once you have verified that the surface meets the above characteristics:

Apply the product on the surface using a brush, a roller or an airless sprayer.

Hidrosol 10 can be applied to all types of construction materials:

Façades, roofs and terraces of natural or artificial stone, concrete, fibro-cement, caravista brick, plaster, slate, terracotta, alkaline surfaces or not.

Mode of Application
Hidrosol 10 is a ready to use product, requiring no dilution before its use. Ensure that the surface to be treated is completely dry, free of dust, dirt, oils, efflorescence and at a temperature between 5 and 35 °C. If there are unsealed joints or cracks, repair the surface. Then apply Hidrosol 10 using an airless sprayer, low pressure sprayer, brush or roller, applying two layers of the product following the wet on wet methodology. That is to say, apply a first Hidrosol 10 coat and then apply the second coat of the product while the first is still humid, let it react and wait for it to dry IMPORTANT: Apply the product in a period without rainfall. If rain is likely to occur within 24 hours of the application, the treatment must be protected to prevent a premature deterioration.

Mode of Application
Being a ready to use product, it does not need to be diluted before applying. The use of solvents can dramatically reduce membrane adhesion and durability. The surface must be completely clean, dry, hardened and free from other membranes or contaminants that can reduce the service life of the membrane, such as dust, moss or salt efflorescence. It is also recommended that the surface does not contain cracks or holes greater than 1 mm. In low/no absorption surfaces it is recommended to perform and adhesion-promoting treatment using Microprimer.
The following procedure is recommended:

a). Absorbent surfaces, (burnt clay, rustic tile, Catalan tile.. etc.):

Thoroughly clean the surface. Select the type of cleaner according to the existing dirt: (Limfa for efflorescence, moss and verdigris, Neogras Forte for oil stains or pollution).

Allow the surface to dry completely and fill/repair damage such as joints, cracks or holes.

Apply a first layer dissolved in Disol (3 parts Imperlatex PU Incoloro: 1 part Disol), using a short hair roller, brush or airless sprayer

Allow to dry for 6-8 hours and apply a second coat to obtain the desired yield and thickness.

Allow the product to dry until it is completely cross-linked. (The drying process is dependent on ambient humidity and temperature. It is recommended to protect the application from the weather and condensation during the first 24-36 hours). The membrane acquires its maximum resistance 7 days after application. During this time it is recommended not to wet it or walk on the same.

b). Non-absorbent surface, (glazed ceramics, porcelain tiles, polished stone… etc.):

Thoroughly clean the surface. Select the type of cleaner according to the existing dirt: (Limfa for efflorescence, moss and verdigris, Neogras Forte for oil stains or pollution).

Allow the surface to dry completely and fill/repair damage such as joints, cracks or holes.

Prime the surface with Microprimer at about 40-50 m2 /L and allow to dry for a maximum of 15-30 minutes.

Apply two coats, using a short hair roller, brush or airless sprayer, allowing 6-8 hours drying time between coats.
