Fang is a solvent-based stain protector and colour reviver for floors and clay coatings, such as: burnt clay, terracotta or Catalan stoneware, among others, designed so that treated surfaces do not absorb water, oils and other liquids by capillarity. In this way, the treatment of these with Fang gives them a complete protection against humidity and oily spots, while increasing and restoring their original tone. Fang does not use resins to achieve this effect, so the treated surfaces maintain their natural transpiration and maintain their original texture. It does not add shine, keeping the original anti-slip features intact. Also, since it does not contain resins in its composition, it does not crack, becomes yellowish or physically deteriorates with the passage of time, being especially durable against UV radiation. Fang also has a low viscosity, which together with its 100% solvent composition, allows a high degree of penetration and protection in both low and high absorption substrates, whether in vertical or horizontal applications. Due to the water repellent and oleophobic properties, Fang delays, on the one hand, the appearance of problems caused by water, such as: efflorescence, moulds or verdigris and, on the other hand, facilitates the cleaning of all kinds of vegetable oils and grease stains.
Application Areas
Fang is suitable for use in any clay, terracotta, rustic stoneware, cladding tile, ceramic flooring and, in general, absorbent clay surfaces, both vertical and horizontal.
Mode of Application
FANG is a ready to use product, so it does not need to be diluted before applying. Before applying Fang, make sure that the surface to be treated is completely clean of dust, efflorescence, mould, greases… etc. The surface must also be completely dry and with a residual humidity of less than 5%. If the surface appears whitish due to the presence of saline efflorescence, we recommend to clean it before with Limfa F. If it has been previously waxed, all wax must be removed using Neogras 14.
After cleaning the surface:

Apply the product with a brush, short hair roller or dry cloth and spread evenly across the entire surface.

Then let the product dry, re-applying a new coating after 30-60 minutes if necessary. The surface will be completely dry and protected after 6 hours. On low absorption surfaces, it may be necessary to remove excess product by wiping with a clean, dry cloth.

PROTECTOR STONE AQUO

Stone Aquo Protector is an water based anti-stain protector, formulated with high-quality oil-repellent and moisturizing agents, which makes the surfaces to which it is applied repellent to stains, preventing dirt from adhering strongly or penetrate by capillary action.

In this way, the treated surfaces are protected by a totally invisible, highly durable barrier that allows the material to "breathe" without changing the colour or gloss of the surface, while preventing the surface from absorbing: oils, greases, sauces, coffee and other beverages, facilitating its cleaning and maintaining its original appearance for long periods of time without requiring any special maintenance to preserve its properties.

Its water-based formula makes it odourless and safe for the operator and end-user. Thanks to this characteristic, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor application on all types of absorbent surfaces, both natural and synthetic. It can also be applied even to surfaces that contain a high moisture content, such as after a thorough cleaning. This peculiarity allows optimising the application costs, since it is not necessary for the surface to be completely dry, as is the case with equivalent products containing organic solvents.

It also has water-repellent properties, for which the protective barrier also slows water absorption. This characteristic reduces problems caused by water, such as formation of salts and white efflorescence, appearance of rust stains, moulds, etc.

Stone Aquo Protector is suitable to be applied on all types of absorbent surfaces where oil-repellent and anti-stain properties are desired. For example:

Marble.

Granite.

Terrazzo.

Limestone.

Concrete.

Microcement.

Etc.

Mode of Application

Stone Aquo Protector is a ready to use product, therefore it does not need to be diluted before use. Before applying the product the surface must be clean and preferably dry or with a humidity level not exceeding 40%.

Then apply the product with a brush, roller or spray, spreading it evenly over the entire surface until the product is properly saturated. In very porous materials it is recommended to apply two layers “wet on wet”, with a maximum of 60 minutes between each application.

Finally, let the product work for a few hours until it is completely absorbed. The surface will be fully protected within 24 hours of its application. If the application of the product has been excessive regarding the absorbent characteristics of the surface, the excess must be removed using a cloth slightly dampened with the product within 30-40 minutes. The tools can be rinsed with water after use. For maintenance cleaning of the protected surfaces, use a pH neutral cleaner-degreaser.

PROTECTOR STONE
Anti-stain protector for porous surfaces. Stone protector is a natural effect stain protector that prevents the capillary penetration of oils, greases, sauces or food products residues, mineral oil... Its high concentration of active ingredient protects against the most penetrating and difficult to remove stains such as: grease, cooking oils, ketchup, coffee, etc. The treated surfaces acquire an oil-repellent protection, preventing the appearance of oil and grease stains. These special qualities make the product ideal to protect those materials that are frequently used and that must remain in optimum condition during their service life, such as kitchen worktops, marble or granite tables, restaurant floors, façades, etc.

Mode of Application
